18.01.10: Two new events for soldat clans!

English After several discussions on the SCTFL forums the first ESCTFL (European soldat capture the flag league) officially started today. Shortly after the idea was born Lyess (aka Ouchek), the main initiator behind it, gathered an admin team and signups were quickly opened. The league format is basically equal to the SCTFL standard, meaning a freeplay period followed by a playoff period. To ensure activity every clan is allowed to have one north american player in its roster. Also the tie bracker map has been changed from ctf_Divison to ctf_Voland. All ESCTFL rules can be found here. 16 clans now have the opportunity to advance to playoffs and give their best to become the first ESCTFL champion.



Moreover the signups for the first Soldat capture the flag cup (SCTFC) just opened. The admin team decided to set a rule which favours clans that played at least 40 matches in SCTFL 15 to participate. The cup itself is limited to 32 clans.
